At Diaspora Salon, we’re creating space for assistants, apprentices, and stylists who value healthy hair, service to others, and meaningful community.

Our work is grounded in the care and legacy of Black salon culture, with a focus on naturally curly and coily hair. From our signature Curly Cuts and twist styles to custom color and thoughtful client experiences, we believe textured hair artistry deserves both intention and excellence.

We’re building a team- based salon environment in Baltimore where others can refine their craft and feel supported by a culture that honors where we come from while embracing where we’re going.
