Scheduling An Appointment With Us

 

1. By scheduling an appointment with us you agree to our Salon Policies, which we highly suggest you become familiar with. You can find those here.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointment greatly affects our business. Therefore, we require a non- refundable, limited/ transferable reservation fee to book an appointment with us. We apply this fee to your original booked appointment, or a rescheduled appointment following our Cancellation Policy. Our salon is not like most, so be sure to get familiar with us! If you book an appointment in error, there is no refund of the Reservation Fee.

3. If you’re having hair color, and/ or a Curly Cut (not a Curl Discovery Cut) performed, please remember to arrive with your hair prepared for the service. Instructions can be found here. If you don’t want to prep, please book the Curl Discovery Cut.

4. Interested in hair color? All hair color services must be approved before booking. Please complete our Color Request Form to officially request a hair color appointment with us before booking any shaping/ styling appointments online.

5. Please note that we work with curly/ coily hair in its natural state only. This is important. We do not work with hair that has been thermally relaxed or the natural textured altered due to high heat/ flat ironing, relaxers, texturizes, or keratins hair UNLESS you’d like to have that hair fully cut off during your appointment. If you have any questions about this, we recommend contacting us directly. We work with TYPE 3 and TYPE 4 CURL/ COIL patterns.

6. When scheduling online, please be sure to book for all the services you’d like performed. Please don’t put additional service requests in the “notes” section.

7. We are an 18+ salon (adults only), and do not offer exceptions at this time. We do not service minors.

8. If you are unsure of what services to have done, please see our service menu here. 95% of the services we perform are Curly Cuts and Curl Sets/ Wash & Gos. If you have a hair concern you’d like us to know about before your appointment, please complete our Curl Concern Form found here.

9. We kindly ask guests to refrain from phone conversations and work conference calls while inside of the salon. We happen to have perfect acoustics, and the sound of your conversation will echo throughout the salon. Also, please use headphones for audio devices.

10. Are you sure you read our Salon Policies? There are no exceptions!
