We pride ourselves on providing all clients with fantastic service and quality customer care. We are professional, highly- skilled and experienced, and strive to provide our clients with the best hair care services possible.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your salon service due to a possible error by us, please contact the salon within 48 hours of your appointment. We will ask you for photos of your hair, and if there is an error on our part, we are able to provide a complimentary adjustment within one week of your appointment date. Please note that we do not offer refunds on salon services. Hair color longevity is guaranteed if you purchase the recommended products at the time of your appointment only.

If you’re not happy with your product purchase, you may return unopened products within 7 days of purchase for product credit. Product credit must be used toward products and cannot be used toward services. We are happy to assist in recommending products!
