Diaspora Salon’s journey with DevaCurl began in 2014. Since, then we have performed over 5,000 DevaCurl exclusive services and changed countless lives as we’ve advanced our skills and solidified our spot in the curly world of hair.

Our salon has used DevaCurl religiously for more than six years and we’ve sold thousands of bottles of their products. The claims about DevaCurl causing hair loss, damage to the hair strand, and thinning have never been the experience within our salon.

For your comfort, while we are a DevaCurl affiliate salon, we offer a number of additional product lines. Since our doors opened, we have always based our product usage and recommendations on the needs of each individual client and not on specific brands. We continue to search high and low for products with the best ingredients, integrity and performance, and just recently added a new product from London to our salon.

As an act of transparency, and to truly give people a choice in what goes onto their bodies, we will disclose the issues with DevaCurl to our customers during their appointments and give the option of using DevaCurl, or using something else.
